Program Updates: Effective for reservations received on and after July 3, 2023, increased program limits, revised forms and other minor changes apply.  See the NewsLink notice dated July 26, 2023.

Reminders: Lenders are responsible for providing VHFA forms to their document management vendor Outdated forms will not be accepted.

VHFA Homebuyer Webinars: July 20th at 6:00pm. Consumers can register at VHFA.org.

Review Times: Due to volume review times may be up to 72 hours. Files are reviewed in the order received.

US Bank Lender Communications: The information contained within U.S. Bank Lender Communications may not wholly apply to VHFA mortgage products, contact VHFA with questions.
