VHFA is providing, as a convenience only, this list of condominium projects that VHFA has reviewed legal documents for. Individual housing units within the project will not be determined to be eligible until a full appraisal has been reviewed. The status of a project's eligibility is subject to change without notice.
VHFA limits the number of units financed in each condominium project. The number shown in the column "Available loans" represents the current number of loans VHFA may accept in that project. This information is subject to change without notice.
Conventional and Government Guaranteed programs
VHFA does not provide a list of condominium projects that may be eligible for the Conventional and Government Guaranteed programs. Your participating VHFA lender will determine if a project is eligible.
