VHFA is providing, as a convenience only, this list of condominium projects and mobile home parks that may be eligible for financing. The status of a project's eligibility is subject to change without notice.

Projects with a † are currently not eligible, have additional requirements or restrictions. For these projects, contact VHFA's homeownership department or a participating lender for more information.

VHFA limits the number of units financed in each condominium project and mobile home park. The number shown in the column "Available loans" represents the current number of loans VHFA may accept in that project or park at the time the information was updated. This information is subject to change without notice.

MOVE program

VHFA does not provide a list of condominium projects that may be eligible for the MOVE program. Your participating VHFA lender will determine if a project is eligible.
