VHFA staff have a long tradition of including families served by the Lund Center on their holiday shopping list. This year was no different, as coordinator Josh Slade delivered boxes of new toys, clothes, books, household items, and gift cards to Lund today.
“We are hoping to receive enough items so that our families have gifts to open during the holidays, but also so that we can continue to support them throughout the year,” said Barbara Rachelson, Executive Director of Lund, “We are extremely grateful for the outpouring of community support for the women, children and families that Lund serves.”
Interested in contributing to the Lund Holiday Giving Program? Lund is accepting new, unwrapped gifts today and Wednesday, December 12, at 50 Joy Drive, South Burlington, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
