EPA's Building Blocks for Sustainable Communities program will be offering free technical assistance to communities interested in implementing smart growth approaches.
EPA will select up to 44 communities through a competitive process; applications will be accepted between September 26 and October 26. On October 4, from 3:00-4:00 PM, EPA will host a webinar to provide an overview of the Building Blocks program and the application process.
