uvhcOf the approximately 10,000 rental units in the core towns of the Upper Valley, only about 250 were vacant as of June 30, 2014, based on research presented by the Upper Valley Housing Coalition at its recent Business Leaders Breakfast in West Lebanon.

The coalition's executive director, Anne Duncan Cooley, explained to the Valley News that the demand for affordable rental apartments is far outpacing development of additional units in the area, causing the shortage to become worse each year.  Read the Valley News article or the presentations at the Business Leader's Breakfast.
