Commercial Building Energy Standards (CBES) Training

Trainers: Tim Guiterman and Barry Murphy Provided by the Vermont Department of Public Service, Vermont Energy Investment Corporation, and Navigant Consulting will be offering several Energy Code trainings in May. The trainings are free of charge and designed to provide an update on recent Energy Code changes, as well as how to document code compliance. The Burlington trainings will also be offered as live webinars if you are unable to attend in person. If you are unable to attend in person but would like to receive an Energy Code book for residential or commercial projects, please contact the Energy Code Assistance Center at 855-887-0673. 2. Ice Cream Social to Share Ideas about the Future of Chittenden County

With the help of Burlington City Arts, participants’ ideas will be illustrated in real-time, creating a collective mural representing their vision and priorities for the future, which will become part of the ECOS Project’s strategic plan. Meet, discuss, create and enjoy FREE Benn & Jerry’s ice cream. ECOS is a project and a plan for a healthy, inclusive and prosperous community. It is a collaborative effort of 19 municipalities and 40 organization, being coordinated by the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC).
