Along a similar theme, ArtPlace, a collaboration of eleven national and regional foundations, several federal agencies, and six of the nation’s largest banks, is accepting Letters of Inquiry until November 1 for its third round of grant funding.  ArtPlace believes that art, culture and creativity expressed powerfully through place can create vibrant communities.
