VHFA dropped its home mortgage interest rates today to the lowest in agency history:
- 3.25% with .25 points for conventional loans
- 3.00% with no points for government loans
Using VHFA financing also entitles borrowers to a special exemption of up to $625 in property transfer taxes at closing.
