BRITTANY RILEY JOINS VHFA AS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

BURLINGTON—Executive Director Sarah Carpenter announced Brittany Riley of South Burlington, VT has joined Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) as Administrative Assistant Riley was most recently employed at Vermont Gas Systems as Front Desk Receptionist. Prior to that she served administrative roles at Women Helping Battered Women and Essex Alliance Church. Martha Fidalgo, VHFA’s Human Resources and Office Manager, commented, “Brittany will be the first point of contact for those calling or arriving at VHFA. We look forward applying her professionalism, computer skills and customer service experience.” VHFA is a non-profit agency created in 1974 by the Vermont Legislature to finance and promote affordable housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income Vermonters. Since its inception, the Agency has helped approximately 27,000 Vermont households with affordable mortgages and financed the development of approximately 8,400 affordable rental units.
