This is the fifth of several quick bios we'll blog of speakers scheduled to appear at the Vermont Statewide Housing Conference, Nov. 18 in South Burlington.

Leslie Black-Plumeau is VHFA's Research Analyst, conducting studies on a range of housing issues including implications of demographic trends on Vermont's housing needs. She's also a consultant, providing research and analyses of welfare and other human service programs.

She lives with her family in South Burlington. Before moving to Vermont, she evaluated federal housing and human service programs at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO).

Leslie has an MA in public policy from the Rockefeller College at SUNY-Albany and a BA in economics from Mount Holyoke College.

Leslie will be presenting at the conference as part of the Cottage Development workshop.
