Anne Duncan Cooley is Executive Director of the Upper Valley Housing Coalition, a nonprofit advocacy organization promoting workforce housing. She also serves on the board of Twin Pines Housing Trust, a nonprofit developer and manager of affordable housing; on the steering committees of the New Hampshire Workforce Housing Council and the Vermont Affordable Housing Coalition; as a Director of the New Hampshire Homebuilders Public Policy Alliance for Housing; and as a Director and recent Board Chair of the Upper Valley United Way.

Anne holds degrees from Mt. Holyoke College and Vermont Law School (with honors). She is also a 2008 graduate of Leadership New Hampshire.

She served as Trial Court Law Clerk in Bennington County, Vt., before joining the law firm of Stebbins, Bradley, Harvey and Miller in Hanover, N.H., practicing in both New Hampshire and Vermont. She was a founder and member of the Upper Valley Women Lawyers, a network organization for mentoring female attorneys.

She'll be presenting at the conference as part of the Cottage Development workshop.
