Donald Hayes is a second-year student at Vermont Law School and a research associate with the Law School's Land Use Institute.
Before making a career change into law, he was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Warren Industries Inc., a Philadelphia technology firm, and co-founder and vice president of M*Power Inc., a graphic design and corporate imaging company.
He holds an MS in Community and Regional Planning and a BA in Political Science from Temple University.
Donald will be presenting at the conference as part of the Planning/Zoning: Regulations workshop.
