Brattleboro Housing Partnership and Housing Vermont broke ground this past Monday on a 55-unit affordable housing project. These two organizations have partnered together to build Red Clover Commons, a three-story senior housing complex located on a 2.8-acre site in Brattleboro.

Historic Putney home renovated to provide 11 affordable apartments

There were smiles a plenty in Putney Thursday as the community celebrated the renovation of the historic Plantz house at 27 Old Depot Road. The apartments will be managed by Windham and Windsor Housing Trust who oversaw the renovation process.

VHFA awards $2.98 million in affordable housing tax credits

On Monday, April 20, the VHFA Board of Commissioners committed $2.55 million in federal low-income housing tax credits and $432,500 in state housing tax credits to expand Vermont’s stock of affordable, energy-efficient housing.
