Windham & Windsor Housing Trust seeks a full time Senior Property Manager in its property management department.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, compliance with funding agencies and government programs, budget adherence, legal/lease issues, insurance, rent receivables and maintaining successful relationships with local service agencies, our resident population, and contracted vendors.

This position requires excellent supervisory and analytical skills, competency in computers (Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010), property financials/budgets, and strong administrative and organizational abilities.  Candidates must be trained in fair housing and be sensitive to the needs of disabled, elderly and low-income households, be able to work within a fast-paced team environment, and exercise independent judgment.  Several years' experience with HOME,  LIHTC, RD 515, Section 8 programs desired.
