Before leaving the Statehouse earlier this month, Vermont legislators passed H.C.R. 357 to congratulate VHFA and Executive Director Sarah Carpenter on the agency’s wide-reaching impacts across the state.
The resolution focuses on the agency’s 40 year history assisting low and moderate income Vermonters through financing, research and partnerships that do not require general state appropriations.
