Tom Candon is Deputy Commissioner of Banking and Securities for the State of Vermont, as well as a Commissioner of Vermont Housing Finance Agency.
Prior to his state service, Tom held various positions in the private banking sector, including municipal services officer, investment and deposits service officer, mortgage banking manager and operations division manager.
He's also served as Executive Vice President of the Vermont Bankers' Association, Associate Director of the Vermont League of Cities and Towns and as a statistical analyst for the Vermont State Employees Association.
Tom will be presenting at the conference as part of the Responsible Borrowing and Lending workshop.
