The goal of the project is to enhance Vermont’s ability to build on lessons learned from last year’s disasters and increase the state’s ability to adapt. The Institute for Sustainable Communities is partnering with the Shumlin Administration, the state’s Department of Economic, Housing, and Community Development and other stakeholders from the public, private, and non-profit sectors to produce tools for the state to improve its resiliency.
