New England Housing Network Annual Conference
The Vermont Council on Homelessness has been working on writing a new Plan to End Homelessness and just released a draft for public comment. This draft will be discussed at the next Council meeting on Thursday, October 25th where VHFA's Policy and Planning Manager Maura Collins will be discussing the document.
Want to help end one of our state’s most serious housing problems? Take a look at the on-line version of Vermont’s draft plan to end homelessness and share your comments and ideas about solving homelessness among Vermonters.
Despite the generous recent support of community members, storm damage to the COTS Daystation on July 4th will require even more donations to resume operations.
Several Vermonters addressed an audience of agency officials and Vermont Interfaith Action group members on Wednesday to share their experiences with homelessness. Vermont Interfaith Action is a consortium of a religious organizations.
