Mark Westergard has become General Counsel for VHFA.
He has more than 20 years of experience as a bond lawyer for one of the largest law firms in the U.S., located in Texas.
He moved to the Green Mountain State three years ago, and has been working as a trial court law clerk for the State of Vermont for the past 18 months.
More than $14 million of economic aid funds have already been released to Vermont, less than 10 days after President Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
The funds are directed to state and local agencies through the:

"Facts and Fallacies of Food and Nutrition" was the topic.
