The Vermont Housing and Conservation Board has invited Paul Bradley of ROC USA  and Andy Danforth of the Cooperative Development Institute to Vermont to discuss a range of issues relevant to existing non-profit-owned mobile home parks and potential purchase opportunities, including:

  • property management,
  • financing of homes,
  • infrastructure, and
  • resident ownership.

The round table discussion will be held on Friday, September 23rd, from 9am to noon. It will break with a buffet lunch and have an opportunity for networking. There is a $10 fee to help with the cost of lunch.

The workshop will be hosted by the Central Vermont Chamber of Commerce in Berlin.   This convenient location is located just off of the interstate in Central Vermont, directions are available online.

To register, email [email protected]  by September 9th.   Include your name, title, organization, and telephone number. Mail a check payable to "VHCB" in the amount of $10 to: 58 East State St., Montpelier, VT 05602.  Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
