By: Leslie Black-Plumeau on 10/14/2014

energy moneyHUD has several remaining open seats for a free training in Energy Star Portfolio Manager.  This tool is intended to provide Multifamily property owners and managers with tools to better manage utility consumption and expenditures.

Portfolio Manager is a web-based tool that is specifically designed to keep track of energy-related data and allow users to better understand their energy performance.  Entering data in a common way through this Energy Star system allows managers and administrators to compare their performance to others across the county, state, and country.
