energy moneyHUD has several remaining open seats for a free training in Energy Star Portfolio Manager.  This tool is intended to provide Multifamily property owners and managers with tools to better manage utility consumption and expenditures.

Portfolio Manager is a web-based tool that is specifically designed to keep track of energy-related data and allow users to better understand their energy performance.  Entering data in a common way through this Energy Star system allows managers and administrators to compare their performance to others across the county, state, and country.

Parking:  Available on Hall (timed – 2 hours) and Central (not timed) Streets.  Also, the Center has a (free) lot behind the building, and access is off Central.
