Burlington's Wharf Lane Apartments was the subject of an article in this week's Seven Days newspaper.
VHFA Executive Director Sarah Carpenter spoke with writer Shay Totten about the 37-unit project that might lose its affordability status if the owner sells to the private market.
"We’re committed to make this work because this is too important a housing resource to lose," Sarah says in the piece.
Wharf Lane is home to 44 people — many elderly or disabled.
