Now through the Vermont Statewide Housing Conference, Nov. 18, we’re spotlighting speakers planning to participate in the day’s bevy of workshops. Next up: Heidi Hayward Urish, Spruce Mortgage.
Heidi has been in mortgage lending since 1991 and is a licensed Certified Mortgage Professional.
She was the founding loan officer of Spruce Mortgage in 1995 and currently serves as Secretary of the company. Since that time, she and her team have been the top producers at Spruce.
Heidi currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Governors for the Vermont Mortgage Banker's Association. She's also a member of the Association's Legislative and Member Committees.
Heidi was recently appointed by the Governor to the Vermont Real Estate Appraisal Board.
She lives in Burlington with her husband and her three daughters.
Heidi will be presenting as part of the "Lending on Non-Single Family Homes" panel.
