Representatives from the Vermont Department of Economic, Housing, and Community Development answered questions from Windham county residents and business owners last night at the Latchis Theater in Brattleboro.   This meeting marked the  first of three public hearings on the state's plan to distribute $21.7 million in federal Community Development Block Grant disaster recovery funds.

A draft plan is now available on the state's website.   The remaining public hearings will be held on June 7 at 3:30 at the Bugbee Senior Center in White River Junction and on June 12 at 5 pm at the Montpelier Lost Nation Theater.
