We've just added three more homes to our list of properties for sale.
The most recent properties are in Barre, Swanton and St. Albans, and range in price from $136,000 to $145,000.
VHFA purchases foreclosed homes from other lending institutions, renovates them, and resells them to income eligible Vermonters at low prices using funds from the Housing Acquisition & Rehabilitation Program (HARP).
We've also added to our list several properties that are undergoing renovations and we expect will be available for sale soon.
