United Way of Northwest Vermont is collaborating with other Vermont United Way organizations and the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont to ask individuals across the state to share priorities and perceptions about the health of our community. The survey will help prioritize community needs in the coming year as Vermont recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The survey can be completed via this link. It is anonymous and takes only a few minutes to complete. Anyone who is age 18 or older and is a Vermont resident is invited to participate. Respondents should complete the survey only once.
United Way encourages you to share the survey link with families, friends, neighbors, colleagues and social networks. Results of this survey will be made available to the public and shared widely in December.
